My name is Paul and I want to testify that the ministry of Watchman Nee and Witness Lee has increased my love for people. I was born and raised in Orange County, California. I grew up in a Christian home where my parents read the Bible to me every day. When I was nine they helped me to receive the Lord as my Savior. Several years later they introduced me to this ministry. Both Watchman Nee and Witness Lee stress the indwelling Christ rather than Christian effort (Galatians 2:20). In other words, we can love people because Christ lives inside of us and He is love. In this way, we do not have to try to love others, but by touching God in prayer, we spontaneously love people. This was proven in my own personal experience. At my work there were several people who I did not get along with. I tried to love them. That lasted for a little while, but eventually my love ran out. But then I remembered that Christ lives in me and that He loves people. So I began praying for them. At work I would pray silent prayers for them and it was amazing--spontaneously I just loved them! God loved my co-workers through me. I love the Lord and appreciate very much that this ministry has led me to love the Lord and other people.
